Risk of Loss: 

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Health Ahava is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

Tracking Information:

Tracking information will be provided when available.
Health Ahava is not responsible for tracking delays or carrier system errors.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Health Ahava is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided at checkout.

Orders returned due to address errors may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded at our discretion, excluding original shipping fees.

Damaged Shipment:

Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence of damage and packaging.

Health Ahava reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet documentation requirements.
